Official Rules
Eligibility: The Contest is open only to individuals (natural persons) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the applicable age of majority, whichever is older, and who are Priority Club members, all at the time of entry. Employees of Executive Hotel Management, Inc., Contest sponsor, (“Sponsor “) or of its parent, subsidiaries and other affiliates, or of other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of the Contest and the immediate family members of any such employees and those living in the same household (whether or not related) of any such employees or immediate family members are not eligible to win.  The term “immediate family member” means spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.  Compliance: Each of participation in the contest and of acceptance of any prize constitutes entrant's and winner’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Timing: The Contest begins March 1, 2010 at 12:01AM Central Time and ends on March 26, 2010 at 11:59AM Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.crownebaton.com/free-priority-club-points-twitter-contest.html to receive instructions on how to complete the two steps to enter the Contest. Entry:  No purchase is necessary to enter.  You will receive one (1) entry into the Contest for the first message you post to your Twitter account each day. Limit: Each participant may post only one (1) @reply per day and is entitled to receive only one (1) Contest entry per day during the Promotion Period. NOTE: If you post updates to or receive updates from Twitter.com via SMS from your wireless phone, your wireless-service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. You must be an active holder of a non-private Twitter. All terms and conditions of Twitter.com apply. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Twitter account and multiple entries by any entrant in any given day are not permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry per day by using multiple/different Twitter accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or by using any other method will make that entrant ineligible to participate and to win and will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the holder of any Twitter account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register at Twitter.com will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner shall be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.    Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release by 4:00 pm the 15th day after the Promotion Period or they will be disqualified.  If the potential winner cannot be reached, or does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release timely, the prize will be awarded to a selected alternate entry.  If the alternate cannot be reached by noon on the 14th day after being notified, or does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release on or before that day, then the prize will not be awarded.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other items, by the winners.  The winners cannot assign or transfer prizes.  Sponsor has the right to substitute a comparable prize for any prize. All winners are responsible for, and shall pay, all local, county, state, and federal taxes on the receipt of prizes. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received
Shortly after 11:59AM Central Time on Friday of each week of the Promotion Period, one valid entry will be randomly selected by a representative of Sponsor from among all valid entries received during such week to be the weekly prize winner.  Such entrant shall be notified of selection by email or Twitter.    

Sponsor has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw or terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or for no reason.  The Sponsor has the right to interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or any other aspect of the Contest. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.  By participating in the Contest or accepting a prize, each participant and each winner agrees (i) to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor,  (ii) that the Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means and (iii) that all decisions concerning the Contest made by Sponsor are final and binding on participants and winners.
PUBLICITY CONSENT. By submitting an entry or accepting a prize, each winner (to the extent permitted by law) grants to Sponsor (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor the irrevocable right without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed  (including, without limitation, radio broadcasts; newspapers and other publications; television or film releases; slides; videotape; the Internet; and electronic data storage) in perpetuity and throughout the universe, winner's entry, name, portrait, picture, photograph, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information (“Materials”) as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any compensation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY.  By participating in the contest or by accepting a prize, each participant and winner, on behalf of himself or herself, and of his or her heirs, executors, representatives, assigns, administrators and next of kin (“Participant”), agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and release the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, representatives and any other person or entity associated with this Contest (“Released Parties”) from, and covenants not to make a claim against or sue any of them for, any and all manner of action or actions, cause or causes of action, at law or in equity, suits, claims, demands, liability, loss, damages, injury, cost or expense, of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which Participant or winner may have or hereafter have against any of the Released Parties  or sustained, whether to Participant’s person, property, reputation, or otherwise, as a result of, incident to, or related in any way to this Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity,  or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Each Participant and winner further agrees that, in all events, (i) the sole and maximum liability of Sponsor and the other Released Parties in the aggregate shall be limited to any of the prize(s) set forth herein and (ii) none of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, representatives shall be liable for injuries or other damages resulting in any way from the action or inaction of the issuer of the Priority Club points.  Furthermore, each Participant and winner waives and foregoes the right to seek injunctive relief against any of the Released Parties relating in any way to this Contest, the prizes or the use, incorporation, or exploitation of the Materials for any purpose described herein.

APPLICABLE LAW.  This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. 
CHOICE OF LAW. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the constitution, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois in the U.S.
